For current clients only: After your inital first session with Dr. Heather, this personalized package is created to support you in working toward your wellness goals. It spans a three-month timeframe and includes two additional scans with Zoom video consultations, detailed data analysis reports, recorded Zoom sessions, and individualized health coaching guidance. Your customized remedy is also mailed directly to your home. This program is designed for those who are truly committed—individuals who are serious about their healing journey and working toward their wellness goals with clear intention and purpose.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [amount]. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the scheduled service cost. We appreciate your understanding of and cooperation with this policy.
