MY INSPIRELLE INTERVIEW: Reflections on Healing, Integration, and Being Seen

I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by INSPIRELLE about my personal health journey and the work I do today in integrative medicine. Being invited to share this story felt meaningful, not only because it reflects the path that led me here, but because it speaks to so many people who feel unheard or unresolved in their own health experiences.
For much of my life, I lived with complex and chronic health challenges that conventional medicine struggled to explain. Those years shaped how I understand the body, healing, and the importance of listening deeply — not just to symptoms, but to the underlying signals asking for attention. That lived experience became the foundation of my work and continues to inform how I support clients today.
In the interview, we explore how integrative and bioenergetic approaches can help restore communication within the body, why personalized nutrition and nervous system regulation matter, and how healing is often about coherence rather than control. We also talk about what it means to move beyond symptom management and toward a more empowered, whole-person approach to health.
I’m grateful to INSPIRELLE for creating space for thoughtful conversations around wellness, especially for an international community navigating health in all its complexity. If you’re curious about integrative healing, frequency-based medicine, or simply want to understand your body more deeply, I invite you to read the full interview.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust this work and to listen to what their body is asking for. Healing begins with awareness — and sometimes, with a conversation.
